Gleason Furnier (10.) put the home team in the lead, Janos Hari (30.) and Alex Petan (35./PP1) provided the preliminary decision in the second period. Goalie Olivier Roy again showed an outstanding performance with 31 saves. His goal ban was only broken after 174 minutes and 36 seconds – by Klagenfurt’s consolation goal from Rok Ticar.
